2018 Christmas Vendor Market: November 16-17, 2018

We are thrilled that you are interested in being part of our show! We truly consider our vendors like family and love bringing so many talented people together to share their creativity and unique finds for all of our shoppers to buy and enjoy.

What We Are Looking For

Antique/Vintage items that are 20 years + older

Styles: Farmhouse | Primitives | Mid-Century Modern | Industrial | Architectural Salvage |  Rusty Junk | Re-Purposed | Shabby Chic | Boho

Handmade items

Examples: Farm Tables | Furniture | Leather Goods | Jewelry | Home Decor | Handmade Clothing | Soaps | Lighting

Note: We only accept a limited number of each style and type of vendor to keep a large variety and selection of merchandise for our shoppers and reduce competition for our vendors. Our goal is to have an overall mix of vendors with a wide variety of re-purposed, vintage, antique and handmade items.

We want to offer unique quality goods that aren’t mass produced items. Therefore, our antique vendors that are accepted will not be allowed to have any more than 15% mass produced items displayed in their booth.

Application Review

This will be a juried show. All applicants understand their application and photos will be reviewed by a selection committee appointed by the event coordinators for show acceptance.  We place a high priority on booth presentation

***ONLY A MAXIMUM OF 10% of vendors accepted will be handmade or arts and craft type vendors (such as signs, jewelry, soaps, etc.)

Selection Process and Notification

All applications that are submitted will be reviewed and vendors will be chosen based upon style, quality of merchandise and display/booth design. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance because vendor booths are limited. We accept applications from August 1-September 1 and will then send out EMAILS notifying you if we feel you are a good fit for our show. (Please be sure to check your email and spam folders just in case)
